How much is the fee?
The declaration of settlement abroad and its registration is free of charge.
Which form do I need to fill out?
- form for declaration of settlement abroad OR
- form for declaration of settlement abroad for minors OR
- registration of data of Hungarian citizens living abroad
What documents do I need to I submit with the application?
- valid passport or Hungarian ID card
- address card (only in case of declaration of settlement abroad)
- if the applicant is under 18 – Hungarian birth certificate
If you declare your settlement abroad, the present address card will be revoked and replaced by a new one.
