Please be advised that after a successful booking, your reservation is not final yet. After 10 days of your booking, we will send you a follow-up e-mail requesting you to confirm the appointment within 48 hours.

If the reservation is NOT confirmed within that time, your appointment will be cancelled. Please keep an eye on your emails, as we cannot restore appointments lost due to non-confirmation.
